Shannon holds Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, which have provided a strong foundation for understanding people, workplace dynamics, and organizational success.
She brings 15 years of Human Resources experience, with a well-rounded background across all areas of HR. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leaders and employees to support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, benefits, compensation, training and development, and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about creating positive employee experiences while helping organizations achieve their strategic goals.
Outside of work, she is a proud parent to two amazing children. Her son, Landon, is almost 18 years old, and her daughter, London, is 16. Family is at the center of everything she does, and she enjoy supporting her children as they grow into young adults and pursue their own goals and interests.
Her combination of education, extensive HR expertise, and people-focused approach allows her to build strong relationships, solve complex challenges, and contribute to workplace cultures where both employees and organizations can thrive.
